Our centennial winery in the emblematic Haro Station District, has all the flavour and tradition of a pioneer Rioja winery. However, respecting its traditional personality, its facilities have been remodelled and adapted for new uses and concepts.
A guided visit is the ideal way in which to discover the cooper’s shop, where they still use the same methods and tools as the first master coopers. After the wooden vat room dating from 1890, a place of balanced beauty and tradition, the visit continues with the Don Guillermo Hall, the ideal place for a meeting in a serene and elegant atmosphere. Through an underground tunnel, where our Gran Reserva 904, rests, we reach the silent bottle racks and continue to the cask halls, with the same names as our emblematic brands, Viña Ardanza and Viña Arana. At each of these stops, the winery staff will explain the part they play in the production process and their significance in the winery’s history. Finally, visitors are invited to taste our wines in the shop.
In any of our three cosy and welcoming dining rooms, you can enjoy the best traditional cuisine in the region, together with other more modern and sophisticated dishes. Each of these rooms is set aside for a single group of visits and the menu is chosen especially for each occasion from a very large selection.
The Don Guillermo Hall has a room which is ideal for management meetings and small conventions requiring a comfortable and intimate setting, equipped with modern multimedia projection equipment (Internet, projector and big screen, audio equipment, etc.). It is perfectly complemented by a modern Tasting Room and a complete library where visitors can learn more about wine.
