On our first centenary we are publishing a book entitled "100 Years of Rioja Alta". It is a summary of everything which affects winemaking from the types of soil to wine tasting, including the agricultural work involved, fermentation and the way wine develops both in the barrel and in the bottle. We hope that you will find this of interest to confirm your theories or to clear up any doubts that you may have.
